Assembly Bristol is a finalist in the BCO Awards 2025

Assembly Bristol has been selected as a finalist in the 2025 British Council for Offices (BCO) Awards and recently welcomed the judges for a tour of the development.

The BCO’s annual events programme celebrates members’ achievements on both a regional and central level. Events provide public recognition for top quality office design and functionality, providing a benchmark for excellence in workplaces.

Assembly Bristol - alongside architects AHMM - has been shortlisted for the Commercial Workplace category. The development has been recognised for its transformation of a long-vacant site adjacent to Bristol city’s inner circuit road and William Jessop’s Floating Harbour. Anchored around a beautifully landscaped waterfront park, Assembly Bristol creates a new urban place that positively engages with the city, brings colour to the skyline, and links the waterside with a restored historic street, Cheese Lane.

Three buildings unify the campus while each possessing a character of its own. Building A, now the Bristol headquarters of BT, is long and narrow, holding the street edge. Building B is the smaller of the trio, enjoying a gentle waterside setting, while Building C brings sculptural height over the public realm.
